Quick Details: Reservations must be made under the cardholder’s name. Should the cardholder’s name not match the reservation name, the reservation will be invalid and cancelled. Please be ready at the main entrance of your designated pick-up location at the scheduled start time. Our driver will wait up to 5 minutes before proceeding to the next location. If you miss your pick-up, you will be responsible for making your own way to the tour site to join the experience. We recommend planning ahead and being ready a few minutes early to avoid missing the adventure! ℹ️ Important to Know Tour Difficulty: Moderate — trails may be steep, rocky, muddy, and uneven. Age & Weight: Recommended max age 65 (in good health). Weight limit: 275 lbs. Not Suitable For: Pregnant women, guests with back problems, heart conditions, or mobility limitations. Safety Gear: Use of life jackets & helmets is mandatory. Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes & closed-toe shoes you don’t mind getting wet (water shoes, sneakers, or hiking shoes recommended). Weather Notice: Activities depend on river and weather conditions. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows are non-refundable. Tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather or river conditions.
