Please be ready at the main entrance of your designated pick-up location at the scheduled start time. Our driver will wait up to 5 minutes before proceeding to the next location. If you miss your pick-up, you will be responsible for making your own way to the tour site to join the experience. We recommend planning ahead and being ready a few minutes early to avoid missing the adventure! ℹ️ Important to Know Tour Difficulty: Moderate — trails may be steep, rocky, muddy, and uneven. Age & Weight: Recommended max age 65 (in good health). Weight limit: 275 lbs. Not Suitable For: Pregnant women, guests with back problems, heart conditions, or mobility limitations. Safety Gear: Use of life jackets & helmets is mandatory. Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes & closed-toe shoes you don’t mind getting wet (water shoes, sneakers, or hiking shoes recommended).
